Sell the whole course once, then let the system run it
Enrol a student in a course, workshop or term-long series and they are placed on every session at once, paying in full or in instalments. The waitlist, the make-ups, the attendance and the refunds are handled for you.

Multi-week courses sold as a pile of single classes leave you reconciling who paid for what, who missed which week and who is next on the waitlist.
One enrolment, every session
A course is a set of sessions sold as one product. It might be a six week beginner course, a one-day workshop or a recurring cohort. Add the sessions from a pattern, such as Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18:00 six times, and each student's single enrolment puts them on every one.
- Course, workshop or series, each at one location
- Sessions are ordinary timetable slots, so rosters and check-in work as normal
- Add a late session and everyone already enrolled is placed on it
- Copy a course for next term, with the dates moved to the same weekday and time

Pricing that sells
Set a price, an optional early-bird price with a closing date and an optional single-session price. Let students split the cost into two to four monthly instalments, with the first taken at enrolment. The system collects each instalment as it falls due.
- Early-bird price until the date you set
- Instalments collected from the card on file when they are due
- A declined instalment is retried each day, then the student is told and can pay it by hand
- Open to everyone, to members only, or to holders of chosen plans

Full course? The waitlist fills it
When a course is full, students can join the waitlist. If someone leaves, the first person waiting is moved up, oldest first, and their first payment is taken from their saved card. If that payment does not go through they are skipped, so they never block the people behind them.
- Enrolment windows with an open and a close date
- Waitlist on or off per course
- Students added at the desk are enrolled with the first payment left to collect

Attendance, make-ups and a clear exit
Mark each student present or absent on each session. If someone misses one, put them on another session as a make-up and it counts as the one they missed. If a student leaves, their future places are released, unpaid instalments are cancelled and the refund follows the policy you set.
- Refund rules by days before the start, before the first session and after it starts
- Move a student to another course and the difference is refunded or billed
- Mark a student complete when they have attended enough, and issue a certificate where the course gives one
- Email everyone on the course, and optionally those waiting

What happens when a student enrols

Step 1
They choose how to pay

-
Step 2
They are placed on every session
One enrolment holds a place on each date, and clashes with other bookings are checked.
-
Step 3
Instalments are collected
Each falls due once a month and is charged to the saved card, with daily retries if it fails.
-
Step 4
Attendance is tracked
Present, absent and make-ups are recorded against the enrolment.
-
End
They complete
Attend enough sessions and the enrolment is marked complete, with a certificate if the course gives one.

Questions
How is this different from selling a class pack?
A pack lets someone choose when to attend. A course is one product with fixed sessions, one price and one enrolment that holds a place on every date.
What if a student cannot make one session?
Mark them absent and place them on another session as a make-up. It counts towards completion.
Can I offer a refund policy?
Yes. Set how much is returned if they leave a set number of days before the start, before the first session and after it begins. Staff can override and refund all or nothing.
Can students pay in instalments?
Yes, in two to four monthly payments, with the first taken at enrolment.
Can I run the same course again?
Yes. Duplicate a course with a new first date and it becomes a draft with the sessions moved by the same number of days, ready for review.
