No long-term contract. A paid plan renews for the period you have paid for, and you can cancel any time from your account settings. It ends when that paid period ends.
WellnessLiving's business terms say a subscription renews automatically for a term equal to the one that expired. The term itself is set in your order form.
“Subscriptions to Services commence on the date set forth in the Order Form and continue for the term set forth in the applicable Order Form and, upon any expiration of such term, automatically renew for an additional term of equal length to the expired term (or such other renewal period set forth in the Order Form) until explicitly terminated in accordance with this Agreement, unless otherwise terminable pursuant to the applicable Order Form.”

No notice period to leave beyond the period you have paid for. We give at least 30 days' notice before we change fees.
The terms we read give no number of days for non-renewal. Formal notices must be in writing and delivered by hand, certified mail or courier.
“All notices and other communications under this Agreement must be in writing and will be deemed given (a) when delivered personally, (b) three Business Days after deposit in the U.S. or Canadian mails, and sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, or (c) one Business Day after delivery to a recognized overnight courier for overnight delivery”

Our Terms contain no early termination fee. You pay for the period you have paid for, and it ends there.
For its payments service, the terms set an early termination fee of 100% of the fees WellnessLiving would have received through the end of the term, where the order form sets a term longer than month to month.
“If an Order Form provides for a term for Payments By WellnessLiving other than month to month and if Customer elects to terminate the Payments By WellnessLiving prior to the timeframe specified in an Order Form, then Customer will remit an early termination fee to WL on the date on which Customer provides written notice of termination to WL and which shall be calculated as 100% of the fees that WL would have received if this Addendum and the Agreement or the Order Form, as applicable, had remained in effect through the expiration of its then current Term”

Not confirmed from public pages. Ask for it in writing before you sign.

Export your members, memberships, invoices, bookings, check-ins, sales and leads as a ZIP of CSV files whenever you like while your account is open. Do it before you close the account: we keep data for a limited period after that, then delete it.
After termination, data is handed over only once all amounts due are paid, and after a data extraction and transfer fee set in your order form. Self-service CSV, Excel and PDF exports of client lists and reports exist while you are a customer.
“Customer will also pay WL the data extraction and transfer fee specified in an Order Form per data set as a condition to receiving such data”

You own the data you put in. Our Terms say so.
The terms say the customer owns its data, and also say the customer has no access to it after termination until everything owed is paid.
“WL acknowledges and agrees that, as between WL and Customer, Customer owns all rights in, title to, and interests in Customer Data.” “neither own or will have access after the effective date of termination of an MSA, this Agreement, any Order Form and/or addenda, to, the Customer Data until all amounts due and/or are in arrears are paid in full to WL”

Member payments go through your studio's own payment account. We do not hold your funds.
WellnessLiving has two models. With its own payments service it is appointed to open merchant accounts on your behalf, pays you twice a month, may hold a reserve and takes a security interest. You can instead apply to a listed processor and be paid directly into your bank account.
“Customer hereby appoints WL to act as its attorney-in-fact as follows: (a) to establish and maintain a bank account and credit card processing merchant accounts on Customer's behalf with such banks and credit card processors as WL may designate;”
