About PerfectGym

PerfectGym is gym and leisure club management software from Perfect Gym Solutions in Warsaw, part of Sport Alliance. It describes itself as designed for mid-sized and enterprise-level fitness businesses. The terms below are the only English terms of service it publishes, effective March 14, 2023. The page appears abridged (its section numbers skip), and the signed agreement governs.

What does the professional onboarding fee cost for your size of club?
How long is the initial term, and does it renew by itself?
How much notice do you need to give to leave, who can send it, and how?
Are there early termination fees, or fees that fall due if you leave early?
Can you export every member, membership and payment record as files, and does it cost anything?
Does the contract say who owns the data, and what happens to it after you cancel?
Must you use their payment processing, and what do they add on top of the processor's fees?
What do onboarding, data migration, text messages, a branded app and extra locations cost?

Ask your current provider for a member and payment history export while your account is still open. Many providers remove access when you cancel.

Bring it in

Use the import centre to load members, memberships, the timetable, products, gift cards, leads, payment history and attendance. Check a batch, and undo it if it is wrong.
Go live

Switch when you are ready

Run both side by side while you check the numbers. Set up your plans, classes and payments, then move your members across.

How long is a PerfectGym contract?

Its published terms of service set an initial period of three years unless the parties agree otherwise, then automatic one-year renewals unless terminated at least 90 days before the end. Your signed agreement governs, so check it.

Can I move my members from PerfectGym to us?

Yes. Export your members, memberships and payment history from PerfectGym while your account is still open, then load them with the import centre. A batch can be checked and undone, so you can try it before you commit.
