No long-term contract. A paid plan renews for the period you have paid for, and you can cancel any time from your account settings. It ends when that paid period ends.
Walla's Terms of Service set a default 30-day term that renews automatically, unless the order form says otherwise. The order form template in the same document shows a 12-month term.
“Unless otherwise provided for in the applicable Order Form, the initial term of this Agreement is thirty 30 days (the “Initial Term”) starting from the Effective Date.”

No notice period to leave beyond the period you have paid for. We give at least 30 days' notice before we change fees.
Either side can end the agreement with at least 30 days' written notice before the end of the term. Walla's offboarding page says it requires at least 30 days' notice.
“Either Party may terminate this Agreement for any reason, or for no reason, by giving the other Party no less than thirty 30 days advance written notice before the end of the relevant Term.” “We require at least 30 days’ notice.”

Our Terms contain no early termination fee. You pay for the period you have paid for, and it ends there.
The order form template says that if you terminate before the end of the term, you pay 100% of the unpaid fees as liquidated damages. Walla's promotion says that if a studio cancels before completing its one-year term, Walla may invoice the software fees it waived.
“Should this Agreement be terminated prior to the expiration of the Term for any reason other than those provided in §11(b)(ii) and (iii), you agree to pay Walla an amount equal to 100% of the unpaid Fees listed in this Order Form (the “Liquidated Damages”).” “If a studio cancels before completing its one-year term, Walla may invoice the studio for the software subscription fees waived under this offer, in addition to any other amounts owed under the contract.”

Cancel from your account settings, or by writing to us.
Walla's offboarding page says to email support, that recurring billing must be stopped manually, and that Walla does not stop payments, cancel services or export data unless you opt into its paid data export service.
“We require at least 30 days’ notice.” “We don’t automatically stop payments, cancel services, or export data for you unless you opt into the Paid Data Export Service.”

Export your members, memberships, invoices, bookings, check-ins, sales and leads as a ZIP of CSV files whenever you like while your account is open. Do it before you close the account: we keep data for a limited period after that, then delete it.
Walla offers a paid data export service. The fee is not published. Standard exports of reports and the client list are available as CSV files. Client data is cleared 60 days after access ends.
“we offer a data export option for an export fee.”

You own the data you put in. Our Terms say so.
The Terms of Service say you own the customer data. They also give Walla a perpetual, irrevocable licence to use it as part of aggregated statistics.
“You own all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Customer Data.”
