Full rooms, every class, every time
A cycling studio sells a fixed room of riders by the class. Class capacity, packs, waitlists and late-cancel fees are handled for you, so the room is full and the front desk is not arguing about a missed ride.
What gets in the way
- Every class is a full room or a lost sale
- Set each class to the size of the room. When it is full, riders join the waitlist and are booked in the moment someone cancels.
- Packs are your bread and butter
- Sell packs with valid-for days, memberships with limits and intro offers. Visits are deducted automatically and riders can see what is left.
- Late cancels and no-shows
- Your cancellation window is enforced. A late cancel spends the visit, and a fee can apply, without a debate at the door.
- Peak slots versus the rest
- See which classes fill and which do not, then move the schedule with confidence.
What you run on it
- Scheduling Classes with capacity set to your room, recurring times and an automatic waitlist.
- Memberships and plans Class packs with valid-for days, memberships and intro offers for new riders.
- Payment recovery Failed pack and membership payments are chased until they land.
- Notifications Confirmations and reminders before class so fewer riders no-show.
- Member portal Riders book, cancel, see their pack and update their card from their phone.
- Check-in Quick check-in at the door marks the visit and deducts the pack.
- Gift cards and promo codes Gift cards and intro promo codes bring first-time riders in.
- Reports Attendance by class and time, so you know what to keep, move or cut.
- Booking widgets Embed your timetable on your website so riders can book in one tap.
A day at the studio
-
06:00
Doors open
The 6:30 ride is full. Riders were reminded last night and most are already checking in.
-
06:10
A cancel
A rider gives up their place in time. The waitlist books the next person and tells them.
-
07:45
A late cancel
A rider cancels after the cutoff. The visit is spent and the fee applies, as your policy says.
-
12:00
Pack running low
A rider uses their second-to-last class. They get a nudge to top up from their phone.
-
17:30
Peak ride
A full room, a short waitlist and a smooth check-in. Nobody is at the desk with a printout.
-
19:00
A card is declined
The membership payment fails. A retry runs, a link goes out, and the rider updates their card on the way home.
A schedule sized to your room
Each class has its own capacity and instructor. Riders see what is open, and the waitlist handles the rest.
- Capacity per class
- Automatic waitlist

Packs that sell and renew
Define the packs and memberships you offer. Each carries its price, validity and renewal rules.
- Valid-for days
- Intro offers and promo codes

A booking page riders actually use
Riders book from your studio page or an embed on your website, pay and sign what they need in one flow.
- Mobile-first timetable
- Update a card without calling

Questions
Can riders pick their own bike?
Not today. Classes are capacity-limited, so riders book a place in the class and the waitlist fills any gaps.
Can I sell packs that expire?
Yes. Packs carry valid-for days and reminders go out so riders use them.
How do late cancellations work?
You set the window. Cancel in time and the visit is returned. Cancel late and it is spent, with a fee if you choose.
Are failed payments chased for me?
Yes. Retries and messages run on your schedule, then the action you choose.
Can I switch from my current system?
Yes. We help you bring riders, packs and the timetable across.
