No long-term contract. A paid plan renews for the period you have paid for, and you can cancel any time from your account settings. It ends when that paid period ends.
Pike13's help center says subscriptions are on an annual contract that renews automatically.
“Pike13 subscriptions are on an annual contract and automatically renew at the end of each contract term.”

No notice period to leave beyond the period you have paid for. We give at least 30 days' notice before we change fees.
Pike13 requires 30 days' notice for all cancellations, and the account stays active and billable during that time.

Our Terms contain no early termination fee. You pay for the period you have paid for, and it ends there.
The help center says cancelling before the annual renewal date triggers a fee of 50% of the remaining contract balance. Pike13's Terms and Conditions say something different: liquidated damages equal to the fees for the rest of the term. Ask which applies to you.
“If you cancel before your annual renewal date, an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract balance from your renewal date will be invoiced at the time of cancellation. The 30-day notice period does not waive this fee.” “The liquidated damages for such early termination will be the value of the fees for the remainder of the Initial Term, or in the event a renewal term (each, a “Renewal Term”) has been entered into, the value of the fees for the remainder of the Renewal Term shall be payable”

Cancel from your account settings, or by writing to us.
Only the Primary Owner can ask to cancel, and Pike13 requires an exit interview over video before it processes the cancellation.
“Only the Primary Owner of the account may submit a cancellation request.” “Before we finalize your cancellation, you will be scheduled for a short exit interview with a member of our team via Zoom. [...] Your cancellation will not be processed until this step is complete.”

Export your members, memberships, invoices, bookings, check-ins, sales and leads as a ZIP of CSV files whenever you like while your account is open. Do it before you close the account: we keep data for a limited period after that, then delete it.
The help center says to export your financial and client reports before your last day, because dashboard access is removed when cancellation is final. Its Terms and Conditions say Pike13 makes your data available for export only if you ask within 30 days after termination.
“Ensure you export your financial and client reports before your final day of service, as access to the dashboard will be removed once the cancellation is finalized.”

Pike13 says it is not a payment processor and connects your site to a payment gateway, with funds settled into your merchant bank account. It lists several processors you can choose from.
“Pike13 is not a payment processor and does not directly handle your credit/debit card or ACH transactions.”
