No long-term contract. A paid plan renews for the period you have paid for, and you can cancel any time from your account settings. It ends when that paid period ends.
Vagaro's standard agreement says a recurring subscription renews unless you cancel, and that you may cancel at any time. Fees already paid are not refunded, and access continues to the end of the paid period.
“You may cancel a Recurring Subscription at any time, but if you cancel your Recurring Subscription before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us.”

No notice period to leave beyond the period you have paid for. We give at least 30 days' notice before we change fees.
The Mid-Market Enterprise agreement says order forms cannot be cancelled and the term renews for a year unless you give 90 days' written notice.
“Customer may not terminate this Agreement or any Order Form for convenience during the Subscription Term.” “[The Agreement] automatically renews for successive one (1)-year Renewal Terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then-current term.”

Member payments go through your studio's own payment account. We do not hold your funds.
The standard agreement says merchant services are run by third-party vendors that, with Vagaro, may keep a rolling reserve and withhold funds from settlement, and that Vagaro may restrict the service at any time for any reason without notice. The enterprise agreement says Vagaro does not hold or control the settlement of funds.
“You authorize Company and its Merchant Services Vendors to establish and maintain a Rolling Reserve on your Merchant Account”

Vagaro charges a share of the booking amount on bookings from its Fill My Books and Daily Deals programs, where you take part: 20% for a new client's first appointment, and 5% for existing clients. For small merchants who received a free card reader, the agreement also refers to a 12-month minimum term and an early cancellation fee.
