Sell any plan, and let it bill itself
Build recurring memberships, time-limited passes and visit packs with the rules your studio really runs on. Members buy online or at the desk, the invoices raise themselves on time, and the money is collected without anyone watching the calendar.

A price list that lives in your head, a spreadsheet of who pays when, and a front desk that has to remember every exception.
Three kinds of plan, every rule in one form
A plan is a recurring membership, a pass that runs for a set time, or a pack of visits. You set the price, the joining fee, how often it bills, and what it includes. A plan never surprises a member later, because they keep a copy of the terms they joined on.
- Billing by week, month or year, with an optional billing day of the month
- Prorate the first period, add a joining fee, set a fixed term and what happens at the end: finish, renew or convert to another plan
- Visit limits per week, month or billing period, with rollover and an expiry for rolled-over visits
- Packs with valid-for days, plus guest passes per period

Bills on time, collects without you
Every hour the billing run raises the invoices that have come due and charges the card on file. Each invoice carries its own number, tax and history, so you can always see what was billed, what was paid and how.
- Invoices raised automatically on each member's billing date
- The card on file is charged, with a safe retry if it fails (see payment recovery)
- Cash, an outside card machine or a bank transfer can be recorded on the invoice by staff
- A membership becomes active once its first invoices are settled

Freezes, upgrades and cancellations with rules
Decide whether members can freeze, for how long, how often and for what fee. Decide how a cancellation works, from notice period to cancellation fee. Members are held to the plan, and staff can override with a reason.
- Freezing can extend the term, move the next bill or keep billing, per plan
- Starting a freeze cancels the member's booked classes and returns their visits
- Upgrade or downgrade now, paying only the difference for the days left, or at the next bill
- Cancellation notice, fee and fixed-term commitment applied by the system, not argued at the desk

Family and shared memberships
Allow more than one person on a plan, up to the number you set. The buyer pays and everyone on it can book. A parent can also book classes for a child who has no login of their own.
- Shared plans with a limit on how many people can join
- Participants added by staff, and refused once the plan is full
- A parent sees and acts for the people on a membership they bought

Choose where and how each plan is sold
Keep a plan staff-only, sell it online from your studio page, or share a link to a single plan. Restrict it to certain locations, ages or tags, and archive it when you retire it. Existing members keep what they bought.
- Draft, active and archived plans
- Sale channels for staff only, online or by link
- Per-location availability and a purchase limit
- Promo codes that work on the plans you pick

A billing cycle, start to finish
-
Joining
The member signs up
They buy online or at the desk. The plan's terms are copied onto their membership, and the first invoices are raised, with a prorated first period if you set it.
-
Billing date
The invoice is raised
The hourly billing run creates the invoice with its number and tax breakdown.
-
Same day
The card is charged
A payment is taken from the card on file and recorded against the invoice, and the member is told it was received.
-
If it fails
Recovery takes over
Retries, reminders and your chosen final action run under your own policy.
-
At the end of a term
It finishes, renews or converts
Exactly as the plan said when the member joined.

Questions
Does the money go to us directly?
Yes. Payments are collected into your studio's own account. We charge the card and record the payment on the invoice.
What happens to billing when a member freezes?
You choose per plan. A freeze can push the next bill and the end date later, move only the next bill, or keep billing as normal.
How does proration work?
You can prorate a member's first period. When they upgrade or downgrade straight away, they pay the new plan's price for the days left, less credit for the same days on the old plan, and never less than nothing. A downgrade does not refund the difference.
Can I change a plan's price without surprising members?
Yes. Schedule a price change with a notice period. Members are told now and move to the new price at the first billing date after the notice ends. Existing members otherwise keep the terms they joined on.
Can a family share one membership?
Yes, on plans where you allow more than one person. You set the limit, and the buyer's account can act for everyone on it.
What about tax?
Set a rate per location or per plan, with prices that include tax or add it on top. It is shown as its own line on each invoice.
