About Wodify

Wodify is gym and studio management software from Wodify Technologies, LLC, that began in CrossFit and now serves other kinds of gym and studio. Its Terms of Service are written for the Wodify apps generally, and say a separate agreement between Wodify and an organization, such as an MSA, may exist. That agreement is not public.

Contract, data and payments

Contract term

TimetableOS

No long-term contract. A paid plan renews for the period you have paid for, and you can cancel any time from your account settings. It ends when that paid period ends.

Wodify

Wodify's pricing page says it requires no long-term contracts with any tier. Its Terms of Service also describe plans of twelve months or longer that renew automatically, so check which applies to you.
“we don't require long-term contracts with any tier, and our services are month-to-month.”
“For plans of twelve (12) months or longer that renew automatically, we will send a pre-renewal notice 3-7 weeks before renewal with steps to cancel to avoid renewal.”

Notice to leave

TimetableOS

No notice period to leave beyond the period you have paid for. We give at least 30 days' notice before we change fees.

Wodify

Not confirmed from public pages. Ask for it in writing before you sign.

Cost of leaving early

TimetableOS

Our Terms contain no early termination fee. You pay for the period you have paid for, and it ends there.

Wodify

Wodify's Terms of Service say any early-termination fee is disclosed upfront and will not exceed applicable legal limits. The amount is not published.

How you cancel

TimetableOS

Cancel from your account settings, or by writing to us.

Wodify

The Terms of Service say that if you enrolled online you can cancel online in your account or through a link in the pre-renewal notice.
“If you enrolled online, you can cancel online in your account or via a link in the pre-renewal notice; we will send a cancellation confirmation.”

Getting your data out

TimetableOS

Export your members, memberships, invoices, bookings, check-ins, sales and leads as a ZIP of CSV files whenever you like while your account is open. Do it before you close the account: we keep data for a limited period after that, then delete it.

Wodify

Not confirmed from public pages. Ask for it in writing before you sign.

Who owns the data

TimetableOS

You own the data you put in. Our Terms say so.

Wodify

The Terms of Service say you retain ownership of your content. That covers what you upload. We did not find a clause on the studio's client database as a whole.
“You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in Your Content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.”

Payments

TimetableOS

Member payments go through your studio's own payment account. We do not hold your funds.

Wodify

Wodify offers its own payments product with published rates that vary by plan. Its Terms of Service say disputes and chargebacks may lead to temporary holds, reserves or a negative balance. We did not find a statement on using your own merchant account.
“you authorize us and our processor to recover amounts via debit, credit, or set-off against current or future payouts”

Setup and extra fees

TimetableOS

The fees shown to you when you sign up, or agreed with us in writing. We give at least 30 days' notice before we change fees.

Wodify

Wodify's pricing page says there is an onboarding fee that covers building your templates and schedule and importing your clients. The amount is not published.
“There is a small onboarding fee to get started with Wodify, ensuring it's custom-fit to your business. This minimal fee covers the cost of building out your membership and program templates, class schedule, and importing all of your clients into our platform.”

Where Wodify may suit you better

Moving over from Wodify

  1. Export

    Take your data out

Ask your current provider for a member and payment history export while your account is still open. Many providers remove access when you cancel.

  2. Import

    Bring it in

Use the import centre to load members, memberships, the timetable, products, gift cards, leads, payment history and attendance. Check a batch, and undo it if it is wrong.

  3. Go live

    Switch when you are ready

Run both side by side while you check the numbers. Set up your plans, classes and payments, then move your members across.

Questions

Is Wodify month to month?

Its pricing page says it does not require long-term contracts with any tier and that services are month to month. Its Terms of Service also describe plans of twelve months or longer that renew automatically, with any early-termination fee disclosed upfront. Its signed agreement is not public, so ask which applies.

Can I move my members from Wodify to us?

Yes. Export your members, memberships and payment history from Wodify while your account is still open, then load them with the import centre. A batch can be checked and undone, so you can try it before you commit.

Do I own my data with us?

Yes. Our Terms say you own the data you put into the service. You can export it as CSV files whenever you like while your account is open. Export before you close the account, because we keep data for a limited period after that and then delete it.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. A paid plan renews for the period you have paid for and you can cancel any time from your account settings. It ends when that paid period ends. Our Terms contain no early termination fee, and we give at least 30 days' notice before changing fees.
